Christmas Tree Delivery & Set Up - Servicing the San Diego Area since 2023
Who Are We?
We are a couple of San Diego transplants who saw a gap in available services back in 2023 when our elderly neighbor asked if we could help her to purchase and set up a christmas tree , at the time we looked around and couldnt find a local provider who did that - in that moment a favor to a neighbor turned into our new business venture. We have been providing that very service to seniors , busy parents , deployed service members , and our community at large in Point Loma , Liberty Station , PB, OB, and surrounding areas for the past two years .

1, We have built relationships with local tree lots which allow us to get our hands on High Quality Christmas Trees in a variety of sizes ( 4FT , 5FT, 6FT ,7FT ,ETC) .2. We are a one stop shop ; which means we handle the entire process for you - from tree selection , transport , delivery ,and set up. We also offer our "Clean Sweep " optional Tree Removal-Disposal Service the first week of January so that all you have to do is enjoy a beautiful Christmas Tree & we will handle the rest.3. We are a small local operation run by two SD locals & we hire UCSD , SDSU , & PLNU Student Athletes to Assist US with our Deliveries .This means you are supporting a local small business who cares about providing a quality experience to our community.

Extras
We offer a Secondary ADD ON "Clean Sweep" Tree Removal- Disposal Service where we will return to your home the first week of January to remove and dispose of your Tree. This Service is $49.00 .We Also offer Delivery of a Christmas Tree Stand with your tree for $52.00 ( a Tree stand is required for setup for Premium purchases however we will happily use your existing one ).
Important Dates & Policies
Pre Orders - We Begin Accepting orders the Last Week Of October .
Delivery Dates - We Start Delivering November 25th-December 21st .
(Once an Order is Placed we will reach out to you to schedule a set Delivery Date /Delivery time window based on the date your order is placed and which zone in town you are as we deliver to certain zones on certain dates .)Refunds - In order to request a full refund please email us a clear request to cancel the order and process a refund .We will respond within 48 hours at which point the refund will be processed. Credit Card purchases tend to be refunded within 3-5 days , Cash or Check Purchases tend to take 5-7 days , and Venmo or Paypal Refunds tend to take 2 days .
Community Partners
We work with a variety of Local Community Organizations including Schools , Youth Sports Leagues , & Churches . We set up a Community Code and donate 10% of all sales made using the code to the organization at the end of the holiday season. We are still accepting new community partners for the 2025 Christmas Holiday - just reach out using our social media or our email [email protected] and we can probably set something up. We enjoy these partnerships as it allows us to give back and tie back in to a broader section of our community .
Useful Information
We Deliver Christmas trees two ways , one being the "Drop & Go" where we will drop your tree at the Delivery Address .The second option is the "White Glove Christmas " which includes Delivery & SETUP. Delivery & set up means we bring the tree to your home , we place the tree in a stand you purchased from us seperately , or we use your stand .If your stand is broken , damaged or not useable when our team arrives we will place the tree in your home for you.
WE set up trees on the ground floor of your home. In the case you live in an apartment building our delivery team will happily carry the tree up 1 flight of stairs , or utilize an elevator .For Deliveries to buildings or homes in the general SD Downtown area , Balboa Park , Little Italy , or Petco Park neighborhoods you will need to notify us ahead of time & make whatever preparations are required to faciliate delivery to your building.,
Return -Refund Policy - There are no returns , refusal to accept the tree upon delivery will result in the forfeiture of the total amount spent on the tree . Failure to be available at the pre approved delivery time , without proper rescheduling will result in the forfeiture of the total amount spent on the tree . Refunds will only be granted in the case of a failure to deliver the purchased stand or tree .
